Planning a Kids’ Birthday Party in Stouffville? Here’s What I Wish Every Parent Knew

Our party packages, what's actually included, prices, and a few honest tips from a mom of three who has planned more birthday parties than she can count.

I’m a mom of three, so I’ve been on the other side of this more times than I can count. The guest list keeps growing, someone’s allergic to something, and you’re up at midnight wondering if you ordered enough pizza. When I took over LOL PlayLab in July 2025, I wanted our parties to feel like the kind I wish I’d had for my own kids: easy for parents, and the kids run around so much they fall asleep in the car.

So here’s everything you need to know, in plain language.

How a party works here

Every party is 2.5 hours. You get your own private party room, and the kids get the whole playground: the big play structure, the tube slide, the ball pits, the ride-on cars and a soft-play area for the little ones. We set up and we clean up. Honestly, that last part is the one parents thank us for the most.

Every package comes with organic juice boxes for the kids, unlimited coffee or tea for the grown-ups, tableware and invitations. Most packages also include pizza from a local pizzeria, and the bigger ones include cake or cupcakes.

Our packages (prices + HST)

  • Happy Hour, $299: up to 10 kids and 10 adults. Fridays 5:00 to 7:30 pm and weekend mornings. Organic juice boxes, coffee or tea, tableware and invitations. It’s our budget-friendly option, and a lot of families love it.
  • Spark, $429: 10 kids and 10 adults, a party pizza from a local pizzeria, organic juice boxes, coffee or tea, tableware, invitations and a free return play pass.
  • Shine, $549: 15 kids and 15 adults, a party pizza plus a large pizza, a 1/4 slab cake or 24 cupcakes, and a free return pass.
  • Celebrate, $659: 20 kids and 20 adults, two party pizzas, cake or cupcakes, and two return passes.
  • Signature, $759: 25 kids and 25 adults, three party pizzas, cake or cupcakes, and two return passes.
  • Private Party, from $1,699: the whole place, just for your guests, up to 70 people.

Extra kids are $16 each and extra adults are $10. You can also add more pizza, cupcakes, gelato or an extra 30 minutes if you need it.

A little secret: Friday parties

Friday parties from 5:00 to 7:30 pm are 20% off on Spark, Shine, Celebrate and Signature, and the last Sunday slot (3:30 to 6:00 pm) is 10% off. You don’t need a code. The discount just shows up when you pick the time. Weekend slots go fast, so if you’re flexible, Friday evening is a really nice way to do it.

Want it to look like Pinterest?

We do theme and balloon upgrades: Princess, Frozen, Space, Superhero, Mermaid, Cars, K-Pop, you name it. Balloon setups start at $75 for a bouquet and go up to our big organic arch. We set everything up before you arrive, and you get to take the balloons home.

My honest tips

  • Book 4 to 6 weeks ahead if you want a Saturday or Sunday afternoon.
  • Socks are a must for kids and adults. Mention it on the invitation and save yourself the scramble (we do sell them at the front desk if someone forgets).
  • We’re a nut-free facility, so please keep any food you bring nut-free too.
  • Ask everyone to sign the waiver online before they come. Check-in goes so much faster.

You can see all the packages and book online on our Birthday Parties page, or just give us a call at 905-640-8898. We’re at 50 Innovator Ave, Unit 5 in Stouffville, an easy drive from Markham, Aurora, Richmond Hill and Uxbridge. I’d love to help you plan it.
